These days we offer new model of 3D Printer - BT 1.2 – LCD colour touch screen 3,2.
The 3D Printer is designed to be very easy to use. Print preparation and Printer control is very easy and intuitive.
Because of transportation the 3D Printer is packed as kit, but most of the parts are assembled already. You have to assemble only main part of the frame and connect to mother board. After assembling it is very easy to get to your first print – we put emphasis on easy preparation and control.
Frame - we have used Aluminium profiles Rexroth – for accuracy and due to arrangement of braces and brackets we achieved also high frame rigidity. Because of this design you can print in high speed with good quality results.
All frame plastic parts are made by method of FDM 3D Print, we use PETG (firm and high quality material) and we print it on our own 3D Printers.
Guiding the axles X Y Z is achieved by Hardened guide bars 8h6 and by linear bearings (LM8UU and LM8LU).
Filament Direct Dual Drive = Filament Precise Extrusion = High Quality Print.
Heatbreak: allmetal extruder, for filament with a diameter of 1,75mm, polished inner chamber (roughness Ra 0,2-0,3). Never ever jammed filament even with high temperature.
Brass Nozzle 0,4 – polished tip, for eliminating blobs on the nozzle.
Own costruction of Hotend heatsink. Heatsink is designed for optimal Heatbreak cooling and to deflect temperature from Heatblock to safe plastic parts. Pressure on Extruder feed wheel is even from the both sides. The Pressure on Extruder wheel can be adjusted easily. If you completely loose the screw, it is ideal for flexi filament as TPE88.
Filament Spool Holder
Filament Spool Holder is equipped with Linear Bearings and adjustable brake, which ensured constant tention of filament during the print. It prevents from unwanted spool unwinding. Filament spool holder dimension is one size for all types of Filament Spools.
Brake ensures that filament is constantly tensioned. Brake strength can be easily adjusted. Filament spool holder turns on Linear bearings and it can be easily removed during the filament change.
Mother Board used in our 3D Printer is „Makerbase MKS GEN V1.0“ with stepper motor drivers TMC2208. This Mother Board has also high quality mosfets for constant power and for sufficient power reserve during the bed and extruder heating.
Control Board Unit is actively cooled
Surely you can connect 3D Printer with computer or you are able to print directly using the SD card, or USB flash disc.
Hotend Cooling is ensured by high quality fan SUNON with magnetic bearings VAPO 7000 rpm. These fans are very quiet thanks to this magnetic bearings VAPO. The cooling fan is turned on when the printer achieves the temperature 45°C.
Mother Board Active cooling is provided also by fan SUNON, but with lower rpm (5000rpm).
BT 1.2 3D printer is controled by LCD Touch display TFT32 V4.0 – very easy control using the icons.
Magnetic plate with PEI Surface is good for first layer adhesion.
The Print Bed Frame with linear bearings is made from aluminium alloy (aircraft aluminium – AW7075) with high stiffness, coated by black elox. Bed Hardness has a major influence on accuracy.
Heated bed is equipped with thermal isolating material for saving costs and it prevents from useless Heat Leakage. It guarantees also even bed heating.
The bed is rigid, so there is no need to adjust it mechanically. The springs, which were used with the first model BT1.1, are replaced by firm adjustable connectors.
The bed is adjustable by software to guarantee the perpendicularity. Surely it is possible to adjusted the bed mechanically.
3D Printer Software allows the MESH BED LEVELLING. This means that the printer during the print itself, according the control points, levels the nozzle height to the bed. Nowadays it is the best way how to achieve the even first layer regardless of potential bed uneveness. This levelling is made manually in software and we use office paper for adjusting the nozzle’s height from the bed.
The thickness of the paper is between 0,12 – 0,13mm and in combination with adjustment 0,03 (which is set at slicer) you get an ideal distance of the nozzle from the bed.
It all takes about 3 to 5 minutes. You don’t need to make this step before every print. The 3D Printer is adjusted this way for a long time due to dual limit switch and frame stiffness, you just change the filament and print.
Dual Limit Switch
3D Printer is equipped with two independent limit switches for Z axis. In combination with electronic levelling this substitutes the autolevelling. It means that before every print X axis will be always parallel with the bed regardless of previous condition and the nozzle is set in required distance from the bed.
The whole 3D Printer is placed on unique anti-vibration pads that guarantees very quiet running and elimination of ghosting.
