1.1. LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1.4. The legal reason for the processing of your personal data are:
- the fact that this processing is necessary for the performance of the business relationship itself – your purchase of goods from the controller, within the meaning of the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and within the meaning of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended (hereinafter jointly the “Regulation”),
- your consent to processing for marketing purposes and for sending commercial communications, given by ticking the box “I subscribe to receive news, promotions and tips by e-mail” upon completing an order in the controller’s online store, in accordance with the relevant provision of the Regulation,
- the controller’s legitimate interest (e.g., marketing communication) in accordance with the relevant provision of the Regulation; you may unsubscribe from such communications at any time via the link included in the footer of each e-mail, or by contacting us directly.
1.5. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data under the preceding paragraph at any time, via the direct link included in every commercial communication sent, or via the contact given in point 1.2.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1.6. The purpose of processing your personal data is:
• processing of the data needed for the performance of the business relationship itself (billing details together with delivery details), including securing payment for the goods, delivery of the goods and all mutual performance under the business relationship,
• maintaining a user account, if one has been created,
• sending commercial communications and newsletters by electronic means (i.e., in particular sending information on the controller’s news, promotions and products),
• ascertaining your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers (Ověřeno zákazníky) programme, in which our online store participates. We send this to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless you decline to receive it within the meaning of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services.
1.7. The data will be processed and stored both in automated (electronic) form using computers and computer programs and in written form; however, the processing does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling, and the data are not processed for scientific, research or statistical purposes.

1.9. Your personal data will be processed for as long as the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship itself remain in effect, and thereafter for as long as necessary for archiving purposes under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but for no longer than five years from the end of the contractual relationship.

Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in delivering the goods to the place of destination or in processing payments, to the extent necessary for performance of the contractual relationship (this concerns in particular your first name, surname, address, e-mail and telephone number).
1.11. In addition, for the purposes of direct marketing, your e-mail address, first name and surname may be provided to an external marketing company, solely for the purpose of sending the controller’s marketing communications.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
1.12. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to request information as to what personal data of yours are being processed, the right to request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data, and the right to portability of your personal data.
1.13. If you consider that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with the controller or with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
You are not obliged to provide your personal data. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the contractual relationship itself, and without providing your personal data it is not possible for the contractual relationship to be completed or performed by the controller.
GRANTING OF CONSENT
Further to the above and having been so informed, by ticking the box** “I consent to the processing of personal data”** before completing the order, I give consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data provided by me to the controller to the extent set out above.
I am aware that I have the right to withdraw the consent given, at any time, in whole or in part, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal. If consent is withdrawn, Zemědělské družstvo Haňovice will process personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil its statutory obligations in connection with our business relationship.
