WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS
Unused goods in protective foil purchased at www.filament-pm.cz or www.shop.filament-pm.com can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products that have been manufactured according to the specific wishes of the buyer are not subject to exchange or return.
Procedure for returning goods:
- Please download and fill out the withdrawal form. (Filament PM - Odstoupení od smlouvy.pdf)
- Send the goods to the address below together with the invoice and the filled withdrawal form.

The transport of goods back to the manufacturer is paid for by the customer. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.
- The relevant amount will be sent to the required account within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
COMPLAINT
We provide a guarantee for all products sold by us and you have the full right to replace damaged goods. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use and storage of the products or incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the provided warranty.
Procedure for claiming goods:
- In case of any problems with the delivered goods, please first contact us by e-mail at jedlicka@plastymladec.cz or give us a call +420 727 979 466.
- Prepare the most accurate description of the fault, settings, and type of printer, print parameters, or photo of printing errors.
- After verifying that the settings are correct, you will be prompted to send the problematic material back to us. If the reason for the complaint is an incorrect string diameter, please attach to the spool a cut piece of filament (approx. 20 cm for subsequent digital measurement) on which the defect is located. Please send the goods together with the invoice to the one below address:

- Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, a test of the print will take place on the test object, in the case of a recognized complaint, a replacement of defective goods will be sent during this period at the expense of the manufacturer. Otherwise, it is possible to deliver the spool back together with the test copy, but at the customer's expense.
