Do you sell swatches?
We do not sell swatches, however, you can print them, you can find them here.
When will a specific product be in stock?
The production plan is created one week in advance. If the product is not in stock, please set the "availability" function. You will receive an email as soon as the goods are in stock.
I got a tangled spool, how is that possible?
We are very sorry for the problems with our filament, but this cannot happen mechanically, it is not possible to pull and twist the string during continuous winding of the string. Even if the coil is not arranged, it is not possible. The string is wound continuously, without further "connection". At the beginning of the spool, the string is inserted into the locking hole inside the spool, wound by machine, and at the end of the winding (after reaching a specific length) the winding is stopped, the string is cut and locked into the locking hole outside the spool face. The coils are then removed from the production line and immediately evacuated. The only place where it is possible to pull the string is during manual handling when the end-user accidentally pulls the string.

What to do with a tangled spool?
Our recommendation is to unwind a few turns (approx. 8–10) with each new spool and lock it when replacing it and not place it on its side. For more fragile materials, such as PLA, even the locked end may break and run away. Then part of the spool must be unwound again.
What is the recommended setting when printing using your materials?
In Slic3r PE 2.2.0 and newer versions, it is possible to use preset material profiles under the name: Plastics Mladec PLA / PETG / ABS. In case of problems, you can contact us by email: suchomel@plastymladec.cz.
What are the dimensions of the spool?
The dimensions of the spool are provided for each product in the parameters and between the photos.
Can I return your spools?
You can not return the spools at the moment.

I did not receive an invoice, how to get it?
If you are registered, please log in to your account and you will find your invoice in the "Invoices" section. If you are not registered, send an email to sinclova@plastymladec.cz.
Are your filaments food-safe certified?
Our filaments are not food-safe certified.
Is it possible to place an order via email?
No. Orders can only be made through our e-shop.
Can you write the order number on the invoice?
Yes, just write this request in a note.
Are your materials compatible with a particular printer?
If a particular printer can handle our recommended temperatures, then the material is printable. An exception can be for flexible materials that are more difficult to print.
